The main concentration is in the Greater West Midlands – primarily Birmingham, the Cotswolds, Solihull and Sutton Coldfield – but work has also been undertaken in Bradford, Cambridge, Hull, North Wales, Oxford, Reading, Spalding, Stevenage and Stoke-on-Trent.
