Covering an area of approximately 2.3 hectares, this larger development of 80 residential dwellings involves traditional foundations with pre-cast beam and block insulated floors.

Infrastructure includes adoptable access roads and sewers and surface water attenuation consisting of a buried insitu reinforced concrete chamber of 350,000 litres capacity linked to an additional chamber in the form of a 100 metre long pre-cast culvert installed to a depth of 4M beneath the existing distributor road.

Accurate planning and strict material delivery control were crucial to the low-disruption factor in successfully operating the complex traffic diversion management for the phased road closure enabling works.
