This medium sized development covers an area of 0.44 hectares and consists of 15 houses and 12 apartments constructed on traditional foundations with pre-cast beam and block insulated floors.

Infrastructure includes an adoptable access road & sewers including a 1200mm diameter concrete pipe attenuation system and foul sewers.

Remediation of the site was carried out to address contamintation issues and also shallow coal seams.
