Scheme:

Construction of 24 Quality Houses and 3 Apartment Blocks on a one hectare site, formerly part of West Warwickshire Sports Club grounds.

Reinforced concrete strip footings on Vibro Ground Stabilisation treatment formed the foundations for the apartment buildings. House foundations were constructed using traditional concrete trench-fill methods. Insulated Beam and Block design formed all floor constructions.

A tarmac surfaced access road serves block-paved communal areas to private driveways.

Diversion of a 450 diameter public foul sewer was necessary to render the development plan viable.

Surface water attenuation involving a 250'000 litre capacity pre-formed GRP tank, some 4 metres diameter and almost 20 metres in length, was installed using methods to combat buoyancy in a saturated ground location.
